Mishal writes:
I like how this piece ended up sounding as it really does sound like a song that would be composed by blues focused artists.
The process for composing this piece was quite long as I had originally started making it on Musescore. After I submitted my first draft of the piece, I decided to shift the score to soundtrap. I realised that it was easier to edit the instruments there than on musescore. For this piece I feel that I received a lot of help and feedback on what to add and what not to add so I didn’t really struggle with creating it.
I learnt how to add in elements specific to a genre of music. For example in blues, it has specific chords used and I was able to put those chords into this piece.
